"I think working out is really important for your physical health," she said. "I think mental health is really important, but also, if you want to be healthy and while I am not the most excited to put my workout clothes on and go and do that, it is really nice, when you leave, you feel better...I just want to build muscle."

So what's next for Winter? Well, according to her recent interview with Fox News, she's looking forward to changing things up and taking on a different kind of role;

"Alex is a great character but Alex doesn't change a ton... I was a kid as Alex on the show and now I'm an adult as Alex, so it's a little different than the roles I want to play. I don't want to play kid to adult. I want to just play my age now."
